Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. All amounts are payable in USD. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as per company policy. Prices are exclusive of all applicable local taxes, duties, or bank charges, which are the client’s responsibility. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with RS Orange Tech Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is received. Any invoice disputes must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Services or deliverables may be suspended in case of delayed or non-payment. Payments made are non-refundable. This invoice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
